Mindfulness 4 Mothers

Because raising a child shouldn't mean losing yourself | taught by Kellie Edwards

Course description

Say goodbye to exhaustion, overwhelm and self doubt & become the best version of yourself again: the kind of parent your child needs.
With Parenting experts Tara Brach, Rick Hanson, Kristin Neff, Barbara Fredrickson, Kellie Edwards - and more!

Does this sound like you?

> You love your children dearly but that doesn’t change the fact that this is hands down, the hardest job you’ve ever done.
> You push yourself to be the best mother you can be - sometimes beyond sense and reason and sacrifice your own health and peace of mind along the way.
> You sometimes feel like you've hit the wall and just don’t want to get back up again.

As mothers, our needs easily become forgotten in the belief that what our children need is all that matters - that it is our duty to meet their needs perfectly, selflessly, and endlessly - with no room left for our own

You may feel that you just have to keep going, but what you probably don’t know is that when you push yourself to the brink of exhaustion and overwhelm, you become a prime candidate for Depleted Mother Syndrome, Depression and burnout. That's not good for you or your children.

Why Should You Care?

Your happiness as a mother affects your children's happiness too. Taking care of yourself is the best gift you can give your child – and yourself!

Parenting is possibly the most demanding job you will ever have. Some people joke that it is the only place you can experience heaven and hell at the same time. And yet it also has the potential to be the most fulfilling thing we will ever do.

No More Instruction Books!

Mindfulness4Mothers is not another set of instructions on how to be a perfect parent. Far from it. It is expert self care for any stage of motherhood.
It’s time to prioritize your own self-care.
You have permission to dedicate time and energy (even just a little bit) to restoring your sanity.
You have the power to take control of your own well-being!

And here’s where it starts.

This program guides you back to calm, confidence and connection with:
• little bits of mindfulness practice that are easily integrated into your day

• a focus on developing a kinder relationship with yourself and the challenging parts of parenting

• brain-based happiness and mood-boosting tips and tricks
All three of these elements are necessary for self care that makes a difference in going from surviving to thriving as a mother.

Say goodbye to exhaustion, overwhelm and self doubt & become the best version of yourself again: the kind of parent your child needs! Develop trust in your in-built parenting wisdom and create a lasting relationship with your child.

What does the Mindfulness 4 Mothers Program Look Like?
