What makes the difference between a happy life and an unhappy life? What do happy and wholehearted people do differently to the rest? I have spent over 25 years of my professional and personal life exploring and testing the science of well-being and have developed several online mindfulness based well-being and parenting programs based on the results. I also take on a small number of individual clients internationally over Skype and in my home town of Melbourne, Australia.
I interview and work with many international experts including Tara Brach, Rick Hanson, Elisha Goldstein, Barbara Fredrickson, Sarah Napthali and more. I have completed the renown Cultivating Compassion Training with Stanford University, the Educators Training Program with Mindful Schools, Meditation Teacher Training with Gawler Institute and am the National Secretary of the Buddhism and Psychology Interest Group with the Australian Psychological Society.
I have developed Mindful Parenting Programs for local government and private health organisations, facilitatated leadership development and change management programs for corporate clients - and I can't wait to work with you too.
